What an amazing hotel. Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The service was 1st rate ( Mae & Jade) in the club lounge made sure everything was taken care of & always went above & beyond to help. The hotel is only 2 years old so beautifully designed & well maintained. I had a room on the upper floor so I had amazing views. The restaurants had fantastic food. The pool & jacuzzi have fantastic views. You can’t go wrong stay at this Beautiful, well run, service oriented hotel.

This property exceeded our expectations. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. The team is so friendly and go above and beyond to meet needs. The breakfast each morning- delicious. Fukuoka as a city os also such a wonderful stay when planning a trip to Japan. Absolutely recommend this property and the town

We recently enjoyed our third stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka, and I am delighted to share that the service remains as exceptional as ever. My wife and I have had the privilege of traveling to more than 70 Ritz-Carlton hotels worldwide, and yet Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka consistently stands out—it remains firmly in our top five Ritz-Carlton properties globally. The consistency of service here is truly world-class, and each return visit reinforces why this hotel holds such a special place in our hearts. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Takahiro Ishibuchi, the Front Desk Manager as well as our old friend at Ritz Carlton Fukuoka, whose thoughtful leadership ensured our stay was seamless. Maiko at the front desk was wonderfully attentive and kind, making every interaction feel personal. Sunil, our bellman, greeted us with warmth and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. At the restaurant, Riki provided impeccable service with genuine care, elevating our dining experience. It is rare to find a property where every stay feels as perfect as the first, but The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka has achieved exactly that. This hotel embodies the true Ritz-Carlton spirit of excellence, and we look forward to many more visits in the future.
