Nice room space, window provides city scape and mountain view. Rooftop accessible space that you can eat in our just look out over the city if you like. Next to the river and the shopping street.

"Comfortable in great position "

Fabulous position, easy to see sites of Kyoto. It is very noisy at night, it’s on a laneway with lots of bars and windows aren’t sound proof.

I was very impressed with not only the hotel staff who were extremely helpful but the hotel itself. It was very clean & my room was pretty spacious for Japanese hotels and very comfortable. Pretty large bathroom & a great shower. Most importantly it was extremely convenient to all the great shopping, Nishi Market, great restaurants & the Gion area. I highly recommend this hotel.

"A great choice in Kyoto "

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location for public transport, shopping and nightlife. The breakfast buffet was great, the hotel bar was a quiet refuge from the busier bars in the area. Their unlimited wine for an hour for 1000 yen was hard to refuse.

The staff were helpful and polite - even returned the money we spent on laundry when the machines did not dry well. The breakfast buffet was to die for!!
