"Just short of perfect"

8.0

To start the hotel is absolutely stunning both at day and night the attention to detail is top tier and kudos to the groundsmen and cleaning staff who keep the resort immaculate. The hotel is just short of perfect I will start with the pros Rooms are spacious and spotless the complimentary beach bags, hairdryer and straighteners are a beautiful touch and the mini bar and toiletries are stocked daily with a good variety of products. Food - there are plenty of options for lunch 3 a la cartes and the buffet. A la cartes don’t need booking for lunch and are all in gorgeous settings overlooking the beach. The Italian has a small playground area for kids to play which again is a lovely touch. Buffet has every type of food you could imagine catering for fussy eaters and adding more adventurous choices aswell all freshly cooked and definitely the best buffet out of all the hotels we have been in turkey and worldwide. Special thanks to merve and Husnu in NoSe who were attentive and provided excellent service and Ali in cape beach. For a la cartes we only managed to eat at the Turkish and Cibes I will come on to the booking of these later but food wise the Turkish was our favourite you can have as much as you like and it was all authentic and tasty. We were less impressed with Cibes the starters made the meal the mains were cold so let it down. Service in both was mediocre Turkish we waited over 45 mins for a second drink. There is also a patisserie/coffee shop the desserts in here are unreal and much better than the usual in all inclusives Drinks - drinks are all branded and they aren’t shy with the alcohol Sun beds and pools - never had an issue getting a Sunbed and the pools are lovely however they are cold. The saltwater pool is heated in the family area however this caused some issues with my little one’s skin and the community pool is supposed to be heated however this was not always the case. You can order drinks on the QR Codes from your beds shout out to berk our waiter who was so lovely. Freezer at the bar is stocked with ice creams and lollies although this is a smaller selection then other hotels we have stayed. We stayed mainly by the community pool and the entertainment was varied one good thing about the resort is that the team aren’t pushy like in other resorts. Kids club & entertainment - we used the kids club a few times and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the team were good and did various activities such as yoga, art, pizza making, cookie making & tournaments. The mini disco was also good and the fair rides being included as standard was perfect. There is popcorn and candy floss offered and our daughter loved every night. There are also arcades with pool tables PlayStations basketball and air hockey all included which is a good way to mix things up. Spa we had 5 massages between us over our stay 2 hammam hot oil 2 deep tissue and 1 junior massage for my 5 year old. They were up there with the best massages we have had highly recommend. The therapists were fantastic. Only spa that I have been which isn’t pushy and ask you to buy products or book another massage after which is great and the amenities sauna steam room snow room all free to use. The indoor pool is also huge and heated if you need a break from the sun. So onto the not so good points Service is fantastic at pool with the waiters on skates (specifically berk) barring that in the buffet/a la cartes it is slow and not the Turkish standard we are accustomed to. We never have to usually wait for drinks and top ups at any of the resorts we have stayed previously. Unsure if this is due to understaffing as the waitresses were serving a large area but is something that needs to be looked at in both the buffet and the a la cartes at night. As mentioned we did have fabulous service from Ali, merve and Husnu in the day however. A la carte bookings - this is the major issue the hotel has and something we heard everyone complaining about on Facebook groups and inside the hotel. We booked this hotel on unlimited a la cartes. Yes the buffet is fantastic but with a small child we like an a la carte at night to allow us all to enjoy the meal and be served. We only wanted to 4/5 visits over an 11 night stay the system is an absolute nightmare. On at 10am either the app crashes or you get on and tables all gone. We managed 3 a la cartes (2 x Turkish & 1 cibes) we tried waitlist for tiger aswell with no luck. There appears to be no fairness with the system with some people having no issue so getting one every night and others not getting 1. At a resort of this calibre it should have been addressed and fixed by now (aware this has been going on months from looking at groups and reviews). Apparently some people had luck complaining to managers and guest relations or writing poor reviews on trip advisor and were then given reservations every night (again something that is unfair for other guests and not something that should have to be done). If you are unable to accommodate every room to have an a la carte it should not be advertised as so and is such a shame as it has put a dampener on a perfect hotel barring that. The only other thing that is missing at night is another indoor bar the lobby bar is huge and again with that means long waits for drinks as this is the only location to get a drink inside. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to come back (once the couple of niggles we have addressed have been ironed out)

The grounds are absolutely stunning — everywhere you look, there's beauty in every detail. Food and service were amazing of course, just as expected, but to me most impressive was the beauty of the location itself, architecture, interior design and landscaping

"Amazing hotel, desperate to come back!"

10.0

We are just back from a fantastic week (17-24th October). We booked a swim up room (#2009) which was technically community area but overlooked family pool and had a sea view to the side, so was fairly quiet and got the sun from around midday to sunset. Rooms were amazingly equipped eg -USB sockets on bedside lamp attached to headboard and a mix of European and UK sockets in room -Pillow menu with at least 6 different pillow types! -Luggage/ dressing area with drawers, shelves, ironing board and iron, safe and useful items such as beach bag, shoe horn, shoe shiner and condom! -Rainfall showers plus powerful hand-held head -Separate toilet and shower - double sink area with accessories such as toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton pads, cotton buds, loofah etc -fluffy bathrobes and slippers - powerful, decent hairdryer and also straighteners for use - coffee machine (also does boiling water for tea) - the decking area for our swim up had loungers, chairs, parasol, table, fresh pool towels and a drying rack (4 swing out rails) - I would say the alcove in the shower is wasted space with not much space for your own bits and pieces. The hotel shampoo etc could be positioned much further up to leave space below (such a small criticism but more space for bits in shower would be handy, plus maybe some hanging hooks on inside of shower door. Mini bar and snacks replenished daily and they happily give you more of the things you like, even extra snacks for journey home on the morning we left! I even got very fancy cotton breakfast teabags when they knew I liked my English breakfast tea. Hotel is immaculate, constant cleaning going on, including pest control in rooms - unsure how often they do it but housekeeping came with a note to advise it was happening next day - can opt out if you wish but it was a quick spray around toilet and shower areas. Housekeeping were very thorough every day, both in room and on swim up deck. Swim ups were warmer first half of our week for some reason (29-30°) then seemed to cool down and found them too cold so not sure what that was about. I would say that I would’ve preferred the aircon in our room to be slightly cooler, even though it was October. The minimum was 20° and I was told that was the lowest it could go but I’m sure it could be changed as other controls around hotel had lower temperatures. Aircon in the lobby bar/ buffet would be good as could be quite clammy at times and lobby bar was very warm. There were ceiling fans but never turned on. Great programme of activities on the hotel app but was disappointed to find out later in week that other people had been added to a WhatsApp group for the teen activities. We weren’t offered this despite checking in with a teenage boy, and we hadn’t realised there was a separate timetable for them. We thought it was just the activities on the app eg volleyball and boccia for 13+ so my son missed out on some things first few days so an improvement could be adding the kids/ teen club activities timetable to the app so everything can be viewed there? We enjoyed taking part in the twice daily boccia and my son loved the twice daily beach volleyball- I reckon water volleyball would go down really well as an activity. Shout out to Melo and Elif for making the activities so much fun! The water park was also fabulous - slides were proper water park standard and enjoyed by everyone! Plenty towels and sunbeds for use here too. The fair in the evening was great- dodgems and games were super fun and the younger children looked to be enjoying the rollercoaster and merry go round etc. Also popcorn and candy floss available! My husband and son used the football pitch one night- had hoped more boys might have been around and up for some football but they still turned the floodlights on for us to play. The games room is another fabulous addition. Activities such as table tennis, air hockey, pool, fuseball, games consoles and basketball arcade games are all free to play. Plenty pool towels around resort, and lots of clean toilets even at beach. Beach was very relaxing with cocktails and coffees available at beach bar. Fridges and freezers around the pools and beach areas for drinks and ice creams to also help yourself to. Magnum ice creams were somewhat elusive but managed to source a few over course of week! Must be a popular choice! Dining- Again, same gripe about the a-la-carte booking system- fastest finger first at 10am is not the stress you need on holiday in order to secure some restaurant bookings. Lots of people said guest relations sorted out a booking later but we had no success with that. We did however get lucky on 4 occasions and what we did have was lovely. Our favourites were the steak medalllions at Mansion- next time we’d order 2 portions each as very small but deliciously cooked. We also loved No Se, particularly the arancini and pizzas, and Tiger was also delicious! Lunch service at the a-la-cartes is also an option and are much quieter then, no booking required, although Kara and Tiger are evening only. Sadly we didn’t get the opportunity to dine at Kara but only heard good things about it. I would add that the cats and kittens in the restaurants were a bit off-putting. My husband’s chair was surrounded by kittens in Mansion at one point, with them trying to climb up while he was eating. Fortunately the staff noticed and lured them away with their own treats. Many people were petting them but be cautious as have heard of people needing tetanus boosters after getting scratched/nipped but they generally seemed cute and friendly. The patisserie is open 11-11 but bakery part seemed to get cleared away at 10pm, with drinks available until 11. Lovely for a late evening hot chocolate! My son seemed to spend most of his time here if he wasn’t playing beach volleyball! Enjoyed chatting with Elvin about Turkish tea and coffee - he is so enthusiastic and friendly! On the first night we arrived, my husband had a very near miss on the stairs (no alcohol involved!) It was in the early hours that we arrived and the lighting on stairs later was very dim and he missed his footing and was lucky he didn’t tumble right down and have a serious injury. Some low level lighting or something would be safer as there was no distinguishing one step to the next. We would have ideally liked a late checkout and were quoted €30 per hour but it wasn’t available on our day of leaving. It was a bit of a faff organising bags and clothes for the day to change later on. The courtesy room has a seating area, lockers, toilet, and only one shower so could be an issue if several people are wanting to shower and change before a later flight. There’s also facilities in the spa but it was boiling- came out more sweaty than I went in! The luggage store has weighing scales so if you’re stocking up on items before coming home, this could come in handy! People seemed to be allowed to come and go from the luggage room so wouldn’t advise leaving valuables just in case. All in all, we would 100% return, really not much to complain about, just the few suggestions that might make things even better. The attention to detail is amazing and the service too. Nothing was too much trouble - really hope to come back next year! Also just realised how long this review is! If you made it to the end, I appreciate you reading it!

"Perfect family vacation"

10.0

Here’s a polished 5-star review you could post online: *** Our stay at **Anda Barut Villas** was nothing short of perfection. We spent seven wonderful nights in one of their luxury villas, and every moment felt special. The villa itself was immaculate — spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. A highlight of our stay was dining at the **Turkish restaurant**, which quickly became our favorite. The food was authentic, full of flavor, and beautifully presented every single time. A special mention must go to **Tuanna and Anel** from the guest relations team. They truly elevated our experience, anticipating every need and ensuring our stay was flawless. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. We left Anda Barut Villas feeling refreshed and beyond impressed. Five stars simply don’t feel like enough — we can’t wait to return.

Beautiful, new and spotless hotel with everything you would need for an excellent holiday! The pools were heated to a comfortable temperature, with attentive service and orders on the app were quickly delivered. The main buffet food was plentiful, with lots be of choice. We chose to stay on the adult side of the hotel which was perfect for us. The grounds were extensive and well-kept.
