Anda Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive

We visited the Anda Barut for the first 2 weeks of October. It was our 2nd visit and was great to see how the hotel had changed from May last year. The Hotel and grounds are immaculate. So clean, Didn't see one piece of litter anywhere. Our room 3102 was brilliant and the view was so so nice. We enjoyed our time with the animation team, with Elif Melo and Jordan. We tended to use the adult pool area which was nice and quiet. Water was nice and warm. Great service from the Lady on the rollerblades and the bar staff. We enjoyed the food selection and used the alacarte restaurants nearly every night. The Tiger and Mansion were our favourites. Buffet was excellent. Any questions we had were dealt with promptly by Guest relations and or Reception. The patisserie was fantastic. The hotel staff are very professional in all areas. Special mention to Ruzgar and Hakan Altan (animation) Tuba and Kubra (Lobby Bar) . To mention a few. Thanks to all the staff. You made our stay Extra special. To sum up. The Anda Barut Collection is a Brilliant hotel and hopefully we will return again next May Frank and Grace.

In October we spent our vocation un Turkey ar Anda Barut Collrction. It was the best place we have ever stayed at. We were very satisfied with the service, the attitude of the staff, the quality and variety of the food, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel and it's surrounding. This is a very top end resort hotel. The facilities are excellent. We went at half term at the end of October. The pools were a little onnthe cool side but you soon adapt. The kids were happy in the pools all day. The staff could not do enough for you, they provide pretty .uch everything you ask for. The mini bar is restocked every day and if you happen to be there when the guy comes around he will just give you whatever you ask for, not just the standard refill. If you want branded drunks in the bars remember to specifically ask for what you want like Gordon's gin, or they will give you the local stuff, no extra charge for most branded drinks. The food in the Buffet is excellent high quality and all very fresh. Some nights are themed. There will always be something for everyone. There is a secondary kids Buffet in a different room, if the kids want simple food. Getting a reservation at the A la carte restaurants can be difficult. We did manage 3 bookings and the Tiger restaurant for me, was the only one I would want to use again, serving Asian food, the quality is pretty much the same as the Buffet which is exceptional anyway. Overall a fantastic week, felt very relaxing lots to do if you want to, or just chill by the pool drinking cocktails. We will be back. If younare outside at night, bring some mosquito repellent especially if sitting on the balcony.

Fantastic hotel! Great staff, wonderful kids club esp Ebru, great waterslides and lots of space and great food. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten als Familie eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Anlage ist super schön gepflegt, besonders der Kids-Bereich, in dem auch unser Zimmer lag – absolute Empfehlung, da direkt in der Nähe des Kinderpools. Das Essen war insgesamt sehr gut, die À-la-carte-Restaurants ganz ok – aber herausragend war eindeutig das türkische Restaurant (großes Lob an Hakan, toller Service!). Der absolute Höhepunkt war jedoch der Kids Club – wirklich eine 12/10! Wir haben schon viele Hotels erlebt, aber so etwas Seltenes hatten wir noch nie: Ömer und sein Team waren einfach fantastisch. So herzlich, freundlich und engagiert – der Umgang mit den Kindern war einfach top. Die Minidisco am Abend war jeden Tag ein Highlight, alle mit so viel Freude und Energie dabei. Auch der Freizeitpark war großartig – jeden Abend ein Highlight mit Popcorn und Zuckerwatte inklusive! Die Abendshows waren auf richtig hohem Niveau – tolle Unterhaltung für Groß und Klein. Der Kontakt zum Hotel über WhatsApp funktionierte super, alle waren sehr bemüht und haben auf Wünsche sofort reagiert. Insgesamt ein Top-Hotel für Familien, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Wenn man überhaupt etwas anmerken möchte: Beim Abendessen und beim Frühstück war es manchmal etwas voll, daher dauerte der Service gelegentlich ein bisschen länger – aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau.
