Beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities for the family. The food was generally of a high standard and the buffet one of the best we have been to Stand out service from Ferit in Kara he was brilliant with the kids and food recommendations The only thing letting this place down is the a la carte booking situation as some days it’s impossible to get in. We complained and the Manager Sibel is lovely and helped us with the rest of our stay but it shouldn’t have to be like that when you are visiting a 5 star hotel so they need to implement a better system and then would happily return The water park and kids fun fair at night kept our children entertained and some of the shows at night were really good. The rooms, pool and beach area were also lovely. We used the gym and classes and they were also very well equipped and well ran So overall it’s a great hotel that would be amazing if they sort out the booking situation

Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb und somit ist man quasi alleine auf einer Halbinsel. Dieses Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen . Es ist zu 💯 sauber , freundlich und stehst bemüht . Das Personal ( jeder Bereich ) ist SEHR GUT .jeder versteht seinen Job und führt ihn mit eine ungezwungenes Lächeln aus . Man spürt das es einen guten Arbeitgeber gibt und das Personal happy ist , was sich sehr auf die Gäste überträgt ! High Level und auf jeden Fall top deutscher Luxus Standard . Die Getränke alle original , Barbara kaffee . Einfach Wahnsinn . Verwöhnprogramm durch und durch . Fitnessstudio hat die besten Geräte ! Wellness sollte ma unbedingt machen ! Ich kann einfach nur schwärmen . Zum Schluss wurden wir persönlich von der lieben Sibel verabschiedet. Einmal Barut immer Barut

We stayed at Anda for 8 nights for October half term, family of 4 with kids 10 and 4. Many positives but a couple of things short of * Positives: - Rooms and whole hotel spotless. Rooms huge, comfortable, lots of storage, nice balcony - all staff were great, very attentive and helpful - best gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel - huge and great equipment. Great classes several times a day including aqua trampoline, aerial yoga, - breakfast buffet vast and great quality - a la carte restaurants all excellent once you are in them including good options for kids - main waterside park is excellent, my 10 year old loved it, no queues and great fun. Would have suited us better in opened slightly later in morning - kids club excellent - loads of different activities that suited 10 and 4 year old and staff brilliant - excellent evening shows Negatives: - younger kids waterslides were great but not useable. My 4 year old would have loved it but we couldn’t get him to go on it as the jets spraying were so strong and you got drenched before quarter of way up steps - a la carte booking system was very difficult. We did manage to get into a la carte every day but not without stress and we couldn’t get into Tiger. Each day said no available tables despite being on the app at 10am on the dot. We complained about this to guest relations but they claimed we were too late- this cannot be true - clearly they were giving priority to other guests - wine not good Annoying not to have physical menus to look at

Absolutely amazing !! The facility is Has everything you need !! Sleeping room Play Area for 0 to 3-year-old And a full on packed activity schedule every single day for four years and above! ( Pizza workshop, cookie workshop, kindergarten yoga !! The mini disco ( Which I secretly enjoyed too) Amazing security, so you feel safe leaving your child!! And the staff absolutely amazing !! They go above and beyond ! Special things to Elíf & Ömer !!!

We arrived late at night via private transfer, we were sat down in the lobby bar by staff, however we were not greeted by a welcome drink, which we are accustomed to when arriving at hotels in Turkey. In addition to this we were told that there was a dedicated check in for those staying in the Presidential suites/penthouses, which unfortunately wasn’t our experience, not a massive issue and we were given our keys and supported by the concierge up to our room. We realised that we had been placed in the family section when we had requested a community section room, which at the time concerned us, however by the end of the holiday we preferred the location of our room to the central part of the hotel, (it was nice and quiet and out of the way). We had the family pools to the front of us and the water park at the back of us, it was a short walk to the main area where the buffet and patisserie were located. Room The room was beautiful, we had a penthouse with a pool, we asked for the pool to be heated as soon as we got there, the maintenance man came straight up and did this, very impressive at such a late hour. The teenagers had their side of the apartment, with two small double beds and their own shower and toilet and of course a mini bar, which they loved. The shared area had a further minibar, (3 in total in the room) a large TV and dining table where you could eat any room service ordered. The other side of this was the main bedroom which was a super king bed, a shower, toilet and dual vanity, walk in wardrobe, large TV and access to the patio. All spotlessly clean which became a theme throughout our stay, everywhere was spotless. The pool man came to clean the pool which was very much appreciated. The heating went off in our pool and I contacted our guest assistant via Watts App and they came straight away. They needed to replace the heat pump and I thought, oh dear will we be changing rooms, but half an hour later the pool man returned with the part and for the rest of the holiday we had lovely warm water to swim in, great customer service. We had two loungers on the terrace and lounge set. We spent most of our time on the terrace as we were spoilt having our own pool. Food We tried all a la carte restaurants, but we felt the buffet was best for choice and quality. Plenty of tables and depending where you wanted to sit there was 16+ sections, kid sections and general with both. All food was of a high quality as well as the drinks served at restaurants. Water Park My two teenage girls loved the water park, again excellent hospitality with children being able to help themselves to drinks and ice creams. The only negative is that it is very large and if you have notability problems you may struggle, that being said there is a golf cart that goes around the grounds every ten minutes. We were due to return next June, however with elderly parents I don’t feel that it would be suitable for them. All in all a lovely relaxing week away in half term and we are missing the penthouse view already.
