Anda Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive

We have been coming to this hotel for the third time — twice this summer and once before — and overall we have enjoyed our stays. Most of the staff, especially those working in the restaurants and cafés, are very kind, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience with the reception has been quite disappointing, particularly with one staff member named Nazan. On more than one occasion, she has been unhelpful and dismissive toward our requests. When we asked to change our room, she repeatedly delayed the matter with excuses such as “tomorrow” or “the day after tomorrow,” but it was clear that no action was ever planned. Her attitude came across as dishonest, unprofessional, and rather rude, which left us with a negative impression of the reception team overall. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the hotel staff truly do an excellent job, but due to this repeated experience at the reception, we have lost much of our desire to return. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that the front desk staff, especially Ms. Nazan, receive proper training in professionalism and guest relations.

First off, this is my unbiased honest review of this hotel. ACCOMMODATION- rooms are superb the grounds are beautiful and maintained to very high standard,this hotel is very new and you can tell its nipping clean from rooms to ground 5*. One thing to note is that you are in the middle of nowhere 15to20min to altinkim or didum or akbuk. Akbuk is where you can get the boat out for a trip. STAFF - The staff are very helpful and kind they always smiling again 5*. a lot do try to remember your name, to which is a nice touch. RESTAURANTS- Again, all clean tidy immaculate. PLACES TO SEE If you want to buy stuff, bags clothe basically any copied stuff mavishire market is the place to visit. The yacht club is nice to cost nothing to go in for a drink or food and look at all the millionaires' yachts. NEGATIVES Wild cats are outside in the restaurants and coming up to you while eating your meal not nice cause they'll be covered in fleas and ticks , and there are at least 3 restaurant's outside. Tip about the phone in the room to get reception. It's 77, no one tells you this, and it's not on the phone either. Now the biggie for me and my wife is the food we've been to a few 5* hotels and food is at a high standard here not so much its old style al a carte very small portions,the buffet is ok. We complained to the rep about cats and food and she said we were first to ever complain about the cats and food find that hard to belive and alot of guests couldn't book the restaurants on there app system although in there defence me and my wife never had an issue with that, IM NOT SLAGGING THIS HOTEL OFF FAR FROM IT ITS STUNNING AND THE WAY THEY HAVE IT SET UP WITH FAMILY AREA AND ADULT ONLY AREA IS THE BEST I'VE SEEN ITS THE FOOD PART OF IT NEEDS ATTENTION. But come try this hotel for yourself, or in April 2026, there is another ANDA BARUT opening over the other side of the cove.

Great hotel 👌 Beautifully designed rooms, personal products you need are available in the room. Perfect cleanliness and a marvellous hotel. Welcome team, front office, service, kitchen, cleaning team, all staff are very friendly.

This hotel is pure luxury and the staff cannot do enough for you. This is our 2nd visit and we will definitely be looking to come again. We did not use the a la carte restaurants as we much prefer a buffet, so can't comment on the booking system everyone seems to complain about. We had a vegan within our party and there was no shortage of food for them at every meal.

We visited the week before season ends, the weather bar one day has been fantastic Right from arriving to getting ready to go the staff have been friendly, helpful and made the stay very pleasant The entertainment in the evenings has been the highlight for us as there has been decent variety and a lot of effort put in my the teams involved The rooms are great quality and cleaned daily with a free mini bar service We have enjoyed the food variety in the buffet and we were always able to find space very easily The swim up rooms depending on where you are allocated in some sections are heated and the hotel has several options for heated communal pools as well - our favourite was the spa pool Would definitely recommend!!

I wanted to thank for all staff related with restaurant. Especially who work in +16 side named Nihat, Adem and Ozan. Area was amazing.

First time visit from a family recommendation, the hotel is very Clean with great facilities throughout! Amazing rooms ( Although if you are an Air con lover.... the room air-conditioning resembles that of the embarrassing pfffft everyone hides! ) Unfortunately the madness of the early morning race for sunbeds is a must if you want to be by the only decently heated pool! Please dont let this put you off... it is what it is and the facilities, staff and drinks make up for it! Now for the dining experience..... this Unfortunately.... is where the stress begins! If you are a fan of a "Hunger Style Games!" Then you will truly be in your element! Each Day you will wake up in a comfortable bed, a beautiful sun with lovely views ( depending on your room location ) everything starts so we'll and then the anxiety of the 10am Fastest finger first Al La Carte Booking frenzy begins!!! A Small few will strut like peacocks knowing that there app worked and they have managed to book, whilst the remaining of us ( the Majority! ) will have to simply beg, bribe or opt for the Buffet! Guest reservations will help let you know that you have the remainder of the day ( 2.30pm ) if you have been selected as "the chosen ones" from the waiting list. At this point you will then become the peacock! And strut with the others!.... but.... dont get carried away! 10am looms the following day! 6.......7

Our first visit to the Anda Barut Collection and we thought it was great. We went as a family, daughter, husband and 18 month grandson with us. We stayed in the adult area and they stayed in the family area, meeting up during the day and evening for dining and drinks. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of space. We were there for our wedding anniversary and a bottle of sparkling wine, a cake and balloons were left in the room for us. A nice gesture. The food was good, with the main restaurant buffet and many a la carte restaurants dotted around the complex. These could be booked as many times as you liked. The app made booking very difficult but that was always sorted by Guset Relations. Drinks were of great quality and the place was big enough to always have somewhere to sit during the day. All the staff were friendly and it was nice to see some old friends that we knew from staying at other hotels in the past. Ferit, in the restaurants, looked after us whenever he could and made a fuss of our grandson. Yakup and his staff in the Tiger a la carte restaurant cooked our favourite food and we booked that one three times with the food being great every time. There is a fun fare area in the evenings and a large play area for the kids so our grandson had a great time. There is also a large water park wich was enjoyable for all. For a hotel complex as luxurious as this, we found the entertainment to be disappointing. A lot of dancing and miming to songs which we tend to associate with lower star hotels. Some of the other hotels we visit in the Bodrum area have more live bands and known groups which come across as very professional. It didn't spoil our enjoyment though. All a la carte restaurants were very good but the place could have done with one that is available 24/7 without having to book. Again, this is done successfully in some other hotels in the area. To sum up, we all enjoyed ourselves at the Anda Barut Collection and hope to return next year. It would be great to see our old friends Ferit and Yakup and the new friends we made there too.
