Dem Premium Hotel - Round Trip Airport Service - Istanbul International Airport

A comfortable and convenient hotel for anyone transiting through Istanbul. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Very friendly staff, and lovely to see they are also friendly to the many cats who live in the streets of Istanbul! The area is suburban, but there are several cheap restaurants that serve superb food.

Very clean and modern property. Rooms were fairly small, But very comfortable and modern. Welcome basket of snacks and drinks. Great little restaurant right across the street.

Had a nice stay at DEM Hotel for an overnight / transit stay. The room was clean, front desk personnel was friendly and the shuttle bus service was on time. It was also close to IST. Highly recommend DEM Hotel.

Close to the airport and restaurants

Excellent customer service via phone, text, in person and airport shuttle service. Hotel was modern, water, tea and dry snacks were provided in the room. Cleanliness could be improved; floor was dirty, curtains had tears, sheets had small stains, bathroom was clean.

Improvement of room service

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. If fact, I had the best sleep in the whole trip on Turkey. When we arrived the lobby, elevator, and hallway were dirty. We were dubious about the room, but were pleasantly surprised. The shuttle transport was the smoothest we had in all of our trips. The staff was very commutive throug the whole process, including videos of what to do and where to go. All in all, this is a great transit hotel for the night to get to the Istanbul Airport (IST). Very friendly and helpful staff!

The reception staff very rude. Rooms are very small and there are cats in lobby crying whole nite. One cannot sleep whole nite because of noise

The property was fine but i didn't like the fact that they allow people to smoke in the rooms for a fee. The whole hotel smells like smoke. The room was clean. Because the hotel is on the main street expect the traffic noise.
