Dem Premium Hotel - Round Trip Airport Service - Istanbul International Airport

Although rooms and wash rooms are small , but clean and justifiable with cost , front office young lady named Isabel was great , very welcoming and warm , and accommodative, overall was a great stay

Booked this hotel as it was the closest to the airport. They had a shuttle service with a fee. They were reliable, professional and time efficient. The room was updated, clean and comfy bed. Isabella who I spoke on the phone was extremely helpful. The shuttle driver Levitt was kind and helpful. The restaurant across the street had delicious Turkish food and happy staff. Highly recommend this hotel for a quick stop before flying out.

This is a convenient location for an overnight layover between flights. I used their transportation service which is additional to the accommodation cost and more expensive than the local taxi service but worth it if you don’t want the hassle of local transportation. Isabel at the front desk was welcoming. I would recommend this place for your layover flights.

It was amazing! Hotel is very close to airport, just 15 min driving. Room was very nice and clean, not large, but enough for me. Service was excellent! Workers are friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel for travelers!

We stayed 5 days here as a couple and it was flawless. Me and my boyfriend arrived there at 5 in the morning and even though the check in stattes at 12 the earliest the receptionist helped us with a room and an super early check in. Aswell as when we left, the check out got alongated after we spoke to Isabell. The receptionists speak English so that's a big plus, room service is on demand and I highly recomend.
