Dem Premium Hotel - Round Trip Airport Service - Istanbul International Airport

The hotel is conveniently located in reasonable proximity to the Istanbul airport, in an older commercial neighborhood. The shuttle is efficient and quick. There are local restaurants nearby. Rooms are small but well appointed and functional. Appreciate the complimentary snacks, tea, coffee, and bottles of water left in the room. Works well as an overnight hotel.

Clean rooms however there was no place to put suitcases other than on the bed.

convenient location if you need to stay near IST. The room is basic but the surrounding area has many turkish restaurant.

Clean comfortable rooms. Amenities and snacks in the room were appreciated. Stuff is welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Isabella and Mehmet (the owner) who went above and beyond to help us. We are coming back and def will reccomend this place.

Very supportive staff and good transport to the airport

The hotel was fine the but advertised shuttle was a bummer! It was advertised and built but as convenient but we ended up waiting a long while to be picked up and the shuttle was newly 25 minutes late in dropping us back off at the airport. We requested a refund but didn’t receive.

Shower was very small and not all of the lightsin the room worked. . Staff was friendly.
