المكان رائع ونطيف جدا مقارنة بالقيمة تجدونه في اماكن اخرى اضعاف مضاعفه موقعة مناسب جدا في منطقة كارون هادئة وبعيده عن الضجيج والحياة الليلة هناك هادئة والشاطيء قريب ونظيف ملاحظة يوجد مطعمين ايطاليين قريبين جدا مسافة 5 الى 7 دقايق مشي

La struttura e la camera in generale è carina, ma questo non basta per essere una buona struttura dove soggiornare, io nella mia personale esperienza non mi sono trovata bene per via di un disguido. Mi sono ritrovata a prenotare per errore due notti lo stesso giorno, l errore è stato mio, quello che mi ha lasciato basita è che non ho ricevuto nessun tipo di spiegazione e di aiuto! Bastava semplicemente che cancellassero la notte sbagliata, per essere corretti e onesti verso l'ospite. Alla reception è stato inutile rivolgersi, ho chiamato, mandato e-mail, messaggi numerevoli volte in diversi giorni in diversi orari, NON HO MAI RICEVUTO RISPOSTA DI NESSUN TIPO da nessuno. Sconsiglio

Found cigarettes on floor in room when checked jn (have a 7 month old and 2 year old so not ideal-thankfully we found them 1st) Weren't given the option of breakfast and we asked both days/nights and were told we could order from the menu instead from 6.30am but both mornings told we couldn't. Staff couldn't make the coffees on offer on the menu. Found a white packet of powder in pool (not hotels fault I'm sure it will be a guest but didn't make me feel safe with kids)
