Nice modern place visually. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

I didn't like that it wasn't advertised that you need to climb 4 flights of uneven stairs to get there with your luggage. The place isn't marked well from the road. I had to climb the stairs the 1st time to check if I was at the right place then go back and reclimb them again with my luggage. This place is not suitable for anyone with a walking disability

amazing viewwww from the pool. the rooms were very spacious and clean. the bathroom was also very spacious and clean.

there was ants in the room but doubt they can control that. they didn’t leave any extra towels in the closet which was annoying. the online staff was also so rude and because of them i wouldn’t stay here again. also be prepared for the hike up

The pool and view were excellent!

There was coffee available, buy unfortunately there were ants in the coffee maker, We were able to make coffee in a pot on the stove and use the coffee maker's filter so that was ok.

"Nice place but hard to access."

Very clean and very close to Malecon and downtown. Great view.

The building access from the street is via many stairs and we were not even able to carry our heavy bags up the very narrow internal spiral staircase. This should be disclosed by the owners. The flats are convenient and nice for people who are young and healthy and don’t have a lot of luggage. They don’t work for older, let alone disabled persons.

Clean room and comfy beds

Location is close to the malecon. But, It is very difficult to access the room carrying with luggage due to the caracol stairs.

The lady that cleans welcomed us and was super nice, helpful and hospitable. We reserved the top room and loved the view and facilities! The walk up the stairs is worth it. This place is located to several yummy local restaurants and beach for sunset. 10/10
