El lugar realmente es el peor que he reservado en mi vida. Tarde mas tiempo en abrir que en lo que cerré y me tuve que ir en búsqueda de un hotel. La zona realmente es extremadamente insegura, el departamento en estado deplorable. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad!!!!!

Sucio el jacuzzi, no sirven las ventanas aviación 2 para q salga el agua caliente es complicado faltan sartenes Las serraduras no funcionan Camas muy cómodas

Needed one more handle at top of ladder to SAFELY access the loft. Needed a sink and electrical outlet in bathroom. We were without water the last day of our stay but our host worked long hours to get it restored.

The walk up the steps was fine for me. I am physically active everyday for my business. So I could handle them even after hours of wandering the city by foot. My tip for the spiral steps if you're 6ft tall and staying on the top floor, Lean Back against the center pole as you descend. Attendants were very nice and helpful. From the top unit #4 you can see when the Tacos de Birria cart opens. Get that combo with the consomé. Amazing tacos!

The church bells. Around 6 and then 630. I'm always awake by 5am though so, like the steps, it didn't bother me. OH! The wifi credentials I was sent in my confirmation emails did not work. It took 4 days before I finally looked for the router and found the correct information and it was a solid connection after that.

Was not loud as it was 3 blocks away from the malecon. Nice view from the upper floor. Pool looked a bit milky cloudy. Check in instructions where clear and helpful. There was no personal we can say something about

We had the ground floor and a lot of moth like insects in the room and pupaes hang in each room. Was kind of disgusting.
