That you pay a lot of money for the apartment and then also have to pay a lot extra for linen. It should be included.

Beautifully kept apartment, very peaceful, in excellent location right on the lake. Helpful fact to note: There is free public parking along the lakeside starting about 250m along the lakefront (just past the small petrol station).

Collecting the keys was rather annoying, as it's in a different - although very beautiful - location and the office was difficult to find. The person in the office also gave us inaccurate information about parking in Stresa. Not the most helpful office. Also, there were simple things missing in the apartment, like scissors or bottle-opener etc., and also we couldn't find where to put the rubbish......!

It was a great fit for us. Very close to everything important. Quiet, restful. Amazing location. Exceptionally clean. Facilities enough for us, seven people (even 3 toilets/ bathrooms). So comfortable. Hosts available immediately through the B app.

Yes, there is no direct view to Lake Maggiore, but that was ok, because we wanted QUIET. And the roads in Stresa are in such manner, that if you have a view, you also have the noise of the street, because the roads go right around the lake. So NO VIEW but YES QUIET.

Very spacious apartment in an excellent location in the town centre, just by the lakeside (no lake view). Very well equipped. Within walking distance of station.

The apartment is excellent and highly recommended. wo minor issues at the time of writing. My children informed me that the Internet was slow, which limited their gaming (perhaps a good thing). It would be good to add blinds to the roof window of one of the bedrooms, to reduce the light coming in in the morning.

If you have a car it’s fine as the key lock is in the next town. I had an expensive taxi ride to pick up the key. It would be great if the key safe was on site.

Hassle picking up the key. Everything else was great.

The location was great, and the apartment was very clean, with everything we needed. The letting agent responded very quickly to questions before our arrival.

We had to collect the key in Baveno which was very inconvenient, as we had to get off the train, collect the key, then take a taxi to Stresa!
