"Good"

Location is quiet but excellent for boat trips, bars and cafes. Lift is useful for accessibility/luggage.

The apartment is clean and comfortable but there is damp in the lower bedroom floor areas. We had to collect the keys on arrival from an office in Baveno which is not convenient. Paid extra for linen and towels. No iron.
