Golden Suite by Studio Vita

El confort, la limpieza, la ubicación. La cocina estaba perfectamente equipada y tenía supermercados cerca donde poder comprar lo imprescindible. Estaba en una zona bastante concurrida, pero justo la calle donde está situado el apartamento es muy tranquila y dormimos estupendamente.

Öffnen der Haustüre war unkompliziert über link. Apartment war sehr sauber und ist in ruhiger Seitengasse im Zentrum gelegen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Küche gut ausgestattet. Beide Bäder sehr schön und neu. Gastgeber sehr rasch verfügbar und hilfreich. Alles fussläufig erreichbar.

Die Betten sind leider extrem schmal. Das angegebene Doppelbett ist 140breit - für zwei erwachsene Personen ungeeignet. Die zwei Einzelbetten sind jeweils 70 cm breit. Schade, da die Räume breitere Betten ermöglichen würde.

The location could not be beaten, close to everything that Bologna has to offer. Feels newly renovated and for 2 couples it was the perfect stay with 2 bathrooms and large bedrooms.

Nothing, the stairs are steep to get to the apartment know that going in, manageable tho

Great flat, good facilities, well equipped, excellent location - very close to the 2 Towers. Would definitely stay again. Flat management very helpful.

The apartment was exactly as described - modern, clean with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Location was perfect, central to everything in a quiet, safe neighborhood despite busy tourist season.

The apartment is not on the ground floor (no lift to access) if you have luggage so keep that in mind. This was not a complaint for us. However on our last night, the temperature outside was 34.4 C/94F. The AC was controlled and set to 24, very uncomfortable for us. When we texted the host the number was disabled from 7pm to 9am. We found out there was an emergency number we could call in the binder but honestly overlooked it. The next we checked out and left early but the concern was never addressed by the staff. I suggest that there should be some flexibility in the summer during a heat wave, that the AC temp is adjusted when temperatures are extremely hot outside. This was the only negative for us.

I love the location of this place. The management team was very accommodating and responsive. The apartment was very modern and outlets were abundant and properly positioned. I'd definitely stay in an apartment that is managed by Studio Vita

Trash cans located in the kitchen area would be nice. Instructions for the washer/dryer would be great especially the dryer portion. We figured it out eventually.
