Lovely, comfortable apartment in a very central location. Air-conditioning worked well. Both bedrooms had en-suite facilities. The kitchen was well-equipped. The apartment was clean and in a secure building. The staff, located in an office 5 minutes away, were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location in the center of Bologna. The appartment was renovated to the highest standards of quality.

Staff, maid, etc. need some classes on hospitality management.

Really great, central location but quiet. Immaculate remodeled apartment in an historic building. Extremely comfortable. Good beds, good showers, and a washer/dryer that was really handy.

Living room couch was quite attractive, but not so comfortable.A couple of ottomans to put feet up on would be great.

We loved this apartment. The location was super convenient. The apartment looked like it had been recently refurbished and everything we needed was provided (kitchen utensils, etc.). Airconditioning was a plus! We would 100% stay here again.

I was hesitant to book this apartment due to the small number of reviews but I liked the look of the apartment and location so I booked it! The location is great! and convenient to everything. It is approx. 25 minute average walk from train station but face it we will all walk 18,000 steps a day sightseeing. The location is on a side street, some light foot traffic, maybe a scooter, or small taxi. It is on the lower floor, you do walk up a flight of stairs but it was no big deal. Easy. Newly remodeled and is as pictured. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. The master bedroom had second door to close off the entire bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the apartment. The second bedroom was an ensuite and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms lovely. AC worked great! The bathroom had led mirrors and rain showers. The kitchen had coffee pods and bottled water. We were provided some toiletries. The apartment was equipped with a washer/dryer combo which is very rare in Italy. If you don’t know this please know It is very difficult to find a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Bologna. The management company was super attentive throughout, from reservation to departure. They had some wiggle room with check In and check out times, even luggage holds. They assisted with our taxi for our departure.

We had a great stay and would stay here again without hesitation.

Location is central and easy to get to every attraction, restaurants and to the stations. Appartement is well equiped, clean and comfortable. I would reccomend it to everyone traveling to Bologna.

The apartment was clean and newly remodeled. The showers were custom made; very spacious and comfortable. The rooms were comfortable with good storage. The internet worked great and there was a large tv in the den area. There was a small washing machine which also had a dryer in it. We had a late flight out and they allowed us to store our suitcases at the office free of charge.

Everything was good.
