Golden Suite by Studio Vita

The coffee maker was good.The location was central and the people were helpful.I would recommend this apartment to a friend.

Overall the stay was very good. The check-in / check-out system was simple and went well. The first and primary location, on Via Canonica, was is in an incredible location for exploring the historic city. The second location, a bit further away from Le Due Torri, was still a good location in the Ghetto Hebraica with a large and beautiful apartment on Via Marsala (photos provided). Both locations were fully furnished with modern decor and everything that you would need for a vacation (cooking implements, washer/dryer, etc.). The bathrooms for Via Cannonica were a bit more spacious than Via Marsala, but there was a tub in one of the Via Marsala bathrooms. None of this matters to most people, but we took my elderly mother-in-law with us on our vacation and I am an above the knee amputee. Stairs inside the Via Marsala apartment are not fun when you are using forearm crutches to get around. That is why we chose the smaller one. When we arrived at the first apartment, we were relieved to turn on the heat pump. It took awhile to realize that it needs service (refrigerant). This was only difficult to diagnose because the power went out in the building hours after we arrived. We were prepared to leave and waiting downstairs when it returned after having packed in the darkness due to the shutters being closed to keep out the sun (this was record heat for Italy). The emergency staff at Studio Vita were extremely responsive and the staff are the best part of the experience. They scheduled transportation and also provided torches and fans when the power went out. The power went out on the entire block multiple times over the next three days. It got to the point that the staff moved us to Via Marsala as we needed consistent power the night before a flight to Paris. Highly recommend Studio Vita but if you go in the summer and are in a building being renovated, expect the potential of a power outage if the temperatures reach 100/37.7778 degrees.

OMG! this was our major slice of heaven on our long trip. perfect location - so close to sites. VERY professional property management with great communication. the best equipped kitchen. the coffee maker actually worked AND they supplied coffee! there was a drying function built into the washer! so modern with exquisite decor. nice touches like boxes of adapters and chargers. brilliant lighting everywhere - like even the closet doors lit up. so wish we had a place like this for every city we visited!

we had to climb one flight of stairs - yep, that's the only thing...
