Venice New Luxury Penthouse - free parking and roof terrace

Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit einer super großen Dachterrasse. Die Lage war klasse. Direkt um die Ecke war die Tram-Haltestelle um nach Venedig zu fahren. Der Einkaufsmarkt Cadoro war auch schnell zu erreichen. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer konnten mit Jalousien verdunkelt werden.

The property is nice and spacious however many things were wrong with the property. The electric stopped working 3 times because the fusebox flipped, the WiFi didn’t work because the plug stopped working. The roof terrace was closed and we were told we were not allowed to open it. The light in the bedroom didn’t work, there were ants in the rooms. Took staff 3 days to get back to us about the roof terrace as we had to chase it. The main shower didn’t work in the bathroom en suite and there were cigarette buts from a previous tenant left when we checked in

Property was nice and clean,close to bus and tram station.

Everything was great except there were not enough kitchen utensils. No silverware.

The host is very kind. Check in is easy. The apartment is very large. Cosy, comfortable and clean. It is on the third floor but has small elevator for easy access. Close to tram and bus station. Getting to Venice old town is very easy. We have everything we need. Except wine opener 😂

Good location, close (2 minutes walk) direct tram T1 to Venice (1,50 one way ticket you can pay contactless in a tram) Free private parking, two bathrooms one of which in a master bedroom. Close to restaurant street with a good choices and quality service. Very spacious apartments on the top floor with a very comfortable beds and furniture. Property pictures are very accurate.

Would be nice to have a complementary basic starter pack for cooking, like oil, salt and pepper, sugar, maybe a bit of coffee for the in-house mokka. We arrived by car a bit close to closing times of supermarkets, but were lucky to buy some at the Aldi supermarket close by. Airco worked a bit strange, or I could not figure out how it works.
