Venice New Luxury Penthouse - free parking and roof terrace

The apartment is beautiful, absolutely massive, very elegantly decorated and finished, the wooden flooring is amazing. A lovely large sun room adjoins the equally spacious lounge, both of which have comfortable L shaped sofas and tables and chairs to sit six comfortably. Very clean, modern luxury apartment – the location is perfect, with great restaurants in walking distance (Il Timone – great pizzas and lovely staff!) and some amazing restaurants in Mestre town centre, 5 minutes by car. Venice is so easy to get to as well, 200 metres to the tram stop and then only 15 minutes and €1.50 and you are there! Very reasonable pricing, couldn't ask for more!

Broken safe and lack of toilet roll - not a huge issue but something to be aware of

When we arrived, we got stuck in the elevator twice for a few minutes. It was scary. After a few minutes, when the door finally opened, we had to climb three floors by foot with four large suitcases up the stairs. When we left, we had to carry the suitcases down three floors. There were ants in both bathrooms. There were no spoons or forks in the kitchen, not even coffee, sugar, or salt. A rental apartment that hosts guests must have all the necessary kitchen utensils and basic essentials. Additionally, the oven was dirty. The shower flooded, and there wasn’t enough hot water. The apartment is beautiful, except for the bathrooms (the toilets are black). The area doesn’t feel nice or safe at night. Kind regards,

The property is exceptionally in cleanliness and beauty.

Lack of electric kettle, toaster, salt. It would have gone a long way. No bottled water either as that would have helped since we got there very late. Otherwise the place was marvellous.

Beautiful penthouse! Very clean and updated. Will definitely stay again!
