Venice New Luxury Penthouse - free parking and roof terrace

Everything was splendid! Make sure you have time to enjoy this apartment because it’s really tasteful and luxurious. It’s a spacious apartment of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room with a dining zone, kitchen and an amazing terrace. Provided with all the necessary equipment and utilities. Parking on the territory of the house is an advantage. Easy check in and check out.

The location is nice and the bed is really comfy.

It wasn't clean enough meaning half of the dishes was dirty and the sponge for washing dishes was dirty and stinky since they request from the guest's to wash the dishes before they leave and I dont think anyone cheks that, also the are no basic cooking essentials in the kitchen like oil, vinegar, salt and peper.. We had troubles with Internet it wasn't working so the owner needed to come twice. In the shower the drainage is slow so that water goes out and half of the floor gets wet.

Internet didn't work during our stay and host said it was not their fault but the internet service provider's fault.

Nice restaurants and stores just around the corner. Great connection into Venice a block away. Quiet area. Beautiful apartment.

Very cosy and well designed apartment. Very pleasant to be there. It was quite there you couldn't hear the traffic. The shades were very helpful to keep the sunlight away in the morning. I would recommend the apartment.

The terrace was not properly cleaned. There were a lots of spiderwebs etc. I was unable to open the terrace roof. it either didn't work via the remote or i was unable to find the right control. If you want to sunbath on the terrace (which i didn't need) you can ask the owner how to open it.

Very lovely apartment, beautifully designed and furnished. Host responded quickly and after hours for urgent issues. No laundry in unit, but host generously assisted with laundry service. Overall, nice stay.
