"Nice facility, Staff is low on Hospitality."

Beautify building. Clean and well maintained.

No towel for You! One evening we needed a fresh towel. Desk attendant says, "person with key has departed, can't have a towel." What?!?! I can't get a clean towel at 9pm? Next day we ask, "room only has one hand towel, can we please get a second?" There were 4 desk attendants. All 4 chimed in, all 4 were rude, we were made to feel like criminals for asking to have an extra small hand towel. "No! You can't have an extra towel." Dude?!?! We just paid $800 for 4 night stay, and you can't part with an extra hand towel. That's pretty low hospitality.

Del hotel Bellas Artes me gusta todo, su ubicación, el personal y la atención.

La entrega de casi una hora tarde una de las habitaciones reservadas y no limpiaron a tiempo un día las habitaciones a pesar de haber regresado después de las 3 de la tarde del paseo que dimos. Por todo lo demás no tengo queja. Considero que deben tener más cuidado en este aspecto porque a veces uno regresa cansado y con ganas de descansar sin embargo tuvimos que salirnos nuevamente mientras hacian la limpieza. Una de las habitaciones la regadera no cuenta con una separación del servicio sanitario y eso hace que el agua se salga y escurra por todo el baño

No additional to enjoy like a rooftop bar or a gym. So a bit sterile
