"Great hotel close to Bella Artes"

Nice hotel with walking distance to main attractions. Safe area to walk and explore Helpful and friendly staff. Nice room, clean and new. Very good bed! Very good ala carte breakfast at reasonable price

Overall, the stay at the hotel was a fantastic experience. It's situated in a prime location near several stores and restaurants. Everything was clean and looked new. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. There was someone there at all times. There's also a restaurant and gym on-site and the hotel itself seems to continue to be growing in a positive direction.

The only issue I encountered was a sewage smell that randomly seemed to come and go and was quite unpleasant. It would also be nice for the rooms to have more furniture such a small couch!

Location, bed and en suite

We booked a room described as a suite - there was only a beef and an en suite, nowhere to sit. The upstairs terrace was not available for to building work as well so limited us to how we could use the hotel. Staff didn't seem bothered by this and offered no apology. Good job the location was so central so there were places to go instead of there hotel
