Beautiful, clean and staff were so friendly and accommodating

We were there for a week so a nice touch would have been to have beds made and towels changed each day but they changed them once we asked.

Location and staff were brilliant. Facilities had everything we needed.

Only thing we weren’t a fan of being on the ground floor as it was a little dark. But aside from that it was perfect.

Casa Oliva was exactly what we needed for our trip. My husband and I rented one apartment while my parents rented another. It was great to be next to each other, yet have our own privacy. The apartments were very good size and the outdoor space was really nice. We were on the ground floor and I would have preferred to be on one of the higher floors, but it didn't really matter overall. The design and aesthetic were beautiful, we felt very comfortable. My husband is more of a "hotel" person, but I prefer the apartment-style accommodations. I can say after our stay at Casa Oliva, I think I've finally managed to convince him that apartment-style is much more comfortable if done right. Having a 24h reception/security was great. The guys were really nice and helpful and I would say even necessary. If we go back to CDMX, I would absolutely stay here again.

Honestly, nothing. Really loved everything about it.

Location 10/10 Space and cleanliness 10/10 - we loved that we got the privacy of a corner unit.

Wifi was a little weak. Could be stronger.

I loved the location. I also loved the doorman it was a very safe feeling.

I didnt like how my bed took up almost the whole room, I had nowhere to put my suitcase and it was kind of overwelming. Also it wasnt as clean as id like.
