The personnel and the location were wonderful. Personable staff were helpful, kind. The location made walking possible to many sites and restaurants! Also our apartment had very little noise at night which made sleeping much easier
Plumbing issues seem to be normal in Mexico City. Showers were interrupted with short bouts of low or no water pressures which made us develop a new skill at timing soaping and rinsing, This will be a fun memory.

This is my home away from home. The guard and host recognize us and always have a warm greeting. This time, I made a mistake on my reservation and booked the wrong night. They quickly called management and got a room for us within a few minutes. They also were very concerned about me paying for parking by 8am, when the parking meter starts and reminded me several times to pay parking so I don't get a ticket. Also, it was gently raining and we only had to walk a few feet, but they gave us an umbrella so we wouldn't get wet on the way to our room. I have written about this hotel's rooms and amenities in my other reviews so I won't do that here, but needless to say, if you want the best of a hotel and airbnb, this is the place to stay.

Security guard to meet you 24 hours a day. Comfortable bed. Great AC. Cute decor. Lovely terrace.
Wifi is good in the upstairs rooms. Not in the downstairs rooms.

Mooi appartement op ideale locatie. Aardige portiers. Vlakbij Arena Mexico dus konden naar huis lopen vanaf de Lucha Libre wedstrijd. Ideaal.
Meer ingericht op long stay. Daardoor geen dagelijkse schoonmaak. Beetje gehorig.
