Very cute, very safe, good location to travel between historic center and chapultepec. There was on site free laundry. two bedroom apartment great for family!

Very spacious and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Friendly staff members and 24h security.

Slightly out of the main part of Roma but still very easily walkable and quiet street.

The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and we loved having a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The laundry room is included. The hotel is lovely and clean and the doormen are always welcoming and there at any hour to open the door. The location is perfect- close to the metro, bus station, banks, supermarket, and many restaurants, cafes, and street food. The street food near us was delicious. There's a woman on the street corner who makes delicious tlacoyos. I would stay here again for all the above.

The only reason it doesn't get a perfect score is the noise. Our 2 bedroom place on the 2nd floor faced the street. So if you're a light sleeper, you hear the cars and passersby. It does die down by the late evening. I would ask for a room closer to the back of the hotel. Also, the terrace and gym were right above us and the cleaning person would start cleaning before 6am every day and it sounded like furniture was being moved above us every morning. This is the main reason I'd reconsider staying here.

Cute, comfortable and well decorated apartment, which was in an excellent location, and felt incredibly secure and safe as it had 24 hr security. We had a lovely stay.

Quite noisy, which is mostly to be expected from being in a major city centre, and we weren’t particularly bothered by road noise etc as we felt that was part of the great location. However our room was located directly below the complex’s shared gym, and as such there was a lot of jumping/thudding and loud workout music to contend with at times, occasionally quite early in the morning.

Location, wee gym upstairs, security always there! Apartment really spacious and well designed.

Possibly just some traffic noise but that is normal in a huge city!
