Big, nice apartments. Great stay.

The swimmong pool was dirty. There wasnt a toilet seat in one apartament.

Large spacious room, basic but done well. Simple luxury in a back to basics island paradise. Quiet rooftop pool, with a few loungers, tables and chairs and toilet. Not pristine clean on the roof- but it's a roof, it's windy, nature happens! Good A/C, good WiFi. Views of the mangroves and on the doorstep true Holbox life goes on, see families/workers/kids, all going about day to day life around you. Expect to navigate puddles & mud as you walk away from the tourist life and into the quieter depths. It was dry during our visit, but I imagine the road system and flooding goes to be said for every hotels access on the island.

We didn't have any hot water, but it didn't put us off, one cool shower in 30+ heat, we soon dried and warmed up

The staff is very friendly and the room is very clean

It is at least 10 minutes away from the downtown and ferry dock. If you pay the credit card, the extra 5% will be charged.

We loved this room, the design and the place itself. The room had quite a big, cute balcony towards the mangrove Forrest, is super spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. They took super good care of decorating and details, the kitchen has everything you need. We wouldn’t change a thing here. Also the staff is super welcoming, nice and helpful (muchas gracias orta vez por todo <3) The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning and has a breathtaking view! It’s amazing value for money! Also the beach and a lokal food market are super close and please check out Cafe “copal” (in the way to the beach) in your trip - we loved it there. So cute and amazing coffee and foods.

Is about a 10 min walk to the Center, which we loved. Sometimes the streets are very flooded with water on Holbox island, so you might need to find your ways around.

The best was seeing all the wild birds and crocodiles through our balcony.

Everything was great! Will miss this place and hope to come back soon.

It’s super sweet, clean and well located (not right in the centre, but like a 5-10 mins walk) and in a quiet area of the island :) The rooftop pool is amazing and the rooms comfortable, big and minimalistic designed. Plus the beautiful private balcony towards the mangroves. It’s really recommended :)
