XAMANA Holbox

Lovely little place a little walk away from the main action if you want to be away from loud music at night. Pool was lovely and the room was really modern and large. Key pickup very easy.

Slight issue with ants in the room so had to leave any food in the fridge. Also, not the properties fault, but when it rains a lot it is very difficult to get to the place on foot.

Location is great it is a five minute walk from central Holbox but far enough out to be quiet and feel chilled.

They could clean the rooms more as Holbox is a sandy island!

The location was good and loved the outdoor space . Employees really friendly and the housekeeping is exceptional

The shower low water pressure and no hot water otherwise it would have been a 10

Unfortunately Holbox was completely flooded the few days we were there which in general made the stay more challenging as we had to wade through the streets. Nothing the people at the hotel could have done to improve the stay

There is an AC, but not too powerfull On the backside of the building at the balcony there is a soacked and bad smelling river.

It is really nice and modern, good neighbourhood, close to the main streets.

The accommodation needs chairs and a table for indoor, the chairs outside were not that comfortable and the table is to small to eat outside with that chairs. The smell outside is really strong. We had to ask for the towels to be changed and the bath mat was forgotten. One or two items more in the kitchen would be nice, but the most necessary items are there.

Room was big, really quite and with a confortable bed & bathroom. The best thing of the place is the rooftop pool, where you can enjoy the sun in peace.

Nothing negative to say beside that’s it’s still a good 10-15min walk to the center.

This was a really great place in holbox and a very good value. It’s in a good central location with easy access to town and the beach. Extremely clean and thoughtfully designed - also tge roofrop pool are is very nice. Many thanks to the on-site staff Jesus and his wife who keep the place very clean. Also great ac and fans kept things extremely cool as did the lovely minimalist design of the room. Great balcony as well.

Not much - one caveat is that they’ve just opened so could use a couple pieces of additional furniture in the rooms - but I’m sure that’s coming.

Comfortable bed, nice terrace on the roof (however pool cleaning system was not working, water could be cleaner)

Hotel location is not the best
