Casa Puerto Morelos

Great location two steps from the beach and restaurants; very comfortable bedroom.with large, clean basic en suite bathroom. Room had a large balcony with view to the sea. Nice communal kitchen facility with coffee and fridge. Casa Puerto Morales is like the town itself - lovely laid back vibe and a complete contrast to nearby Cancun and its hotel zone. Free street parking outside.

Nothing. However note that some rooms have a shared bathroom which wouldn't suit everyone.

Excellent value!! Cute, convenient and well maintained. Many good restaurants are ony a few steps away. The location is great one direction and not so great the other due to some construction. Staff is attentive and friendly.

Very very poor after-hours (like after 5pm!) communication from hotel and/or staff concerning early morning taxi shuttle to airport. Left us in a very difficult position

We loved our stay in Casa Puerto Morelos. The room was comfortable and the staff was amazing. They gave us all sorts of recommendations and things to visit in the town. The location could not be better! The only thing is that may be the bathroom needs some renovation but there was hot water and good pressure so we could not complain! I recommend it without hesitation

Close to the beach.

My bed was in a loft, a climb on a ladder, cute but made a trip to the toilet dangerous in the night. Very narrow, older or overweight people will not be able to navigate this.

We arrived late and the manager knew this. We had to wait outside at 2am for about 40mins for him to arrive and let us in. We then had a 10 am checkout. Place was not nice at all and was noisy as there was a restaurant that was setting up at 6:30 am. When we were leaving the housekeeping did not change the sheets on the bed - just remade the beds for the next people.
