Excellent customer service after my stay. They refunded my stay cost after they learned about bed bugs. They were engaged and responsive.

Towel bar was broken. Screen poorly taped- mosquitoes got in. Bed bugs!!! Slider doors did not have locks - had to secure with poles. Worst was that there were bed bugs. Saw a couple crusty things behind matters. Removed. Did t realize at time bed bugs. Now I have eruptions.

My small dog and I were accused of soiling an entire sheet when my dog never slept or stepped on the sheet. It gave me awareness to start taking pictures of the room, bed, etc at check-in and prior to checkout in the future.

Simple yet reliable and clean. We discovered this hotel in December, and just came back for another stay in September. We had the most basic room with shared bathroom (cleaned 3 times a day) which is right outside the room and very comfortable for only 25 USD a night. There’s also a large communal kitchen, we didn’t cook but it’s right near a grocery store so if you are looking to stay on a budget it’d be easy. The hotel is a 2 min walk to the beach, it’s right off the center square, tons of restaurants… you can’t get a better location! On some nights and mornings there’s a little artisanal market on the square, very cute. Someone was at reception when we arrived but it was possible to check in after hours also - they sent me detailed codes and instructions in advance. Ample street parking and they had a little lot too. Only 20 min from airport. Highly recommend, we will be back!

We zijn er 6 nachten geweest. De enige kamer met eigen toilet en badkamer. Heerlijke ruimte en goed bed. Bij aankomst niemand aanwezig, maar goed aangegeven in sleutelkluisje,volgende dag vriendelijke ontvangst door Dobora van de receptie. Wij waren er eind februari, dus laagseizoen, daardoor receptie niet altijd bezet bv in het weekend. Prima ligging. Fijne ruime gezamenlijke keuken met alles wat je nodig kunt hebben.

Als je wilt dat er schoongemaakt wordt Moet je dat vooruit zeggen en kost € 10 per keer. Niet altijd receptie bezetting.
