NLThe apartment is modern and clean, in the edge of Condesa. The gym, pool and kids room are nice.
We had requested a crib which was not provided until the day after. Arriving after a long trip, our two daughters and us were all very tired. Without the crib, we had to improvise a sleeping setup, which of course, resulted and all of us having a terrible night sleep. Having just a few days in CDMX, means you don’t want to lose your first day to bad sleep. The staff apologized and said that they indeed saw the request but it was not provided due to no availability, no further assistance or compensation was provided. The apartment is also extremely noisy. The laundry area is basically open to the noise of the street and you hear it very well throughout the house. Cheap earplugs are provided.
ILThe apartment was nice, modern and clean and in a good location.
The second bed is tiny and not worth the money. They could replace it with a much bigger bed to make the guest comfortable who is spending the money on the visit. None of the staff speak english so its not ideal for internationals and there is no air conditioning only a fan.
USMe gustó que el apartamento tiene dos habitaciones cómodas, con dos baños. Y el poder usar la lavadora y secadora. Las vistas son bonitas, y además también la propiedad tiene gimnasio.
Lo que definitivamente le bajó muchos puntos a este apartamento fueron los baños. Los baños al parecer reciclaban agua, o no se. Pero el color del agua era un verde desagradable que dejaba manchas en la taza del baño. Aparte que olía demasiado mal al bajar la sisterna. De verdad que una vez casi no pude dormir de lo mal que olía, otro día casi me vomito (sin exagerar)Al llegar al apartamento nos recibía ese olor, que fue lo que nos incomodó. Aparte de eso hubo un inconveniente con un late check out prometido y luego incumplido. Así que nos tocó llevar nuestras maletas muy tarde en la noche a otro sitio porque no las pudimos dejar en esta propiedad. Lo único bueno es que las personas que nos ayudaron en Boga, la otra locación, ellos fueron muy atentos y serviciales.
