Was not clean, spraying air freshener throughout the hallways does not equate to clean. No balcony, no view, no elevator, hard beds, no front desk support. Asked for help getting to airport was told use grab, no breakfast was available ughhhh

Location is perfect. The room was spacious.

At first we didn't get the room we booked and after so many hours of traveling it's quite annoying having to deal with problems which could be avoided in the first place. The mattress is very hard, not comfortable to sleep.

The room is spacious and well designed to accommodate all the needs of a traveller. The bathroom was clean and well maintained.

Great location in old town, cute cafes along the road. Room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaners did a great job with restocking amenities and clean towels. Next door to a laundrette so easy to wash clothes.

Water pressure in bathroom wasn’t great and wifi didn’t work in the room.

Helpful Staff otherwise nothing.

AC was leaking by check in. They offered to fix it the following day but of course in the first night we didn't sleep much because of the dripping water. The mattress was absolute horrible!! Rockhard and you could feel the metal pushing in your back. We refunded the rest of our stay. The staff was very accommodating.
