Too small room, not prompt amd regular house keeping, poor breakfast options

Good location, clean, nice cleaning staff

I had no problems the first week of my stay but the third new receptionist I met seemed uninterested in her role. My room hot water system wasn't working properly many nights, but she didn't try listening my words. Anyway technician came in for repair, she left with technician at 5pm, I still don't understand why she took my power key(yes it was totally nightmare) and she didn't interested to apologize for that. Very unpleasant experience.

Vi hade ett mysigt och trevligt rum med balkong. Från receptionen fick vi gå till en annan byggnad för rummet och frukosten var på ett annat hotell åt andra hållet. Allt annat var väldigt bra.

There seemed to be 2 managers jointly running both hotels (busara is the sister hotel), and both of them and all the housekeeping staff were informative, helpful and very friendly. Room B3 was a Deluxe Double and it was EXACTLY as the picture, which is quite rare! It's on the street next to Wat Phra Singh, and right by the start of Sunday Walking Street. Amazing Location!
