The manager was very nice.

Where to begin? I didn't know I would be on the 3rd floor with no elevator. 48 steps. The sheets were ripped. The bed was hard as a rock. There were ants in the bathroom. The entire room only had one electric outlet. The Internet did not work.on the 3rd floor. The "breakfast" consisted of having to walk to.another hotel for a scrambled egg, terrible bread, powdered coffee and something like tang being offered as "juice".

- the hotel is on a small, quiet, central street - the rooms were spacious, bright, clean - the lady at the reception was very nice and welcomed us from 8 am (right after we arrived by night train Bangkok-Chiang Mai); we could leave our luggage at the reception, we could have our coffee - right next to the hotel, there is a room where you can wash your clothes yourself; the cycle including drying only takes 50 minutes, so it was a great help

- the air conditioner in my room was mounted directly in front of the bed; it was impossible to stay in bed with the air conditioner on without getting pneumonia - quite a few mosquitoes in front of the hotel that easily entered the hotel; we caught one right in our room; a solution should be found for this problem

Breakfast need to go /walk to another hotel. Only 3 choice of egg ,with sausage every days .

Great location in the old town and great value for money! Spacious room.

No elevator and we were on the top floor. Little bathroom amenities but we were given extra water and toilet roll without request which was nice.

location is okay and staff is nice

Facilities are old, decoration is nice but cannot comparable to other hostels in that neighborhood

It is very basic. No frills.

It feels like a glorified backpacker hostel.

Breakfast was served in the sister hotel a few metres down the road. Three choices of cooked egg, tea/ coffee, squash, fruit, toast and jam/ marmalade from an open kitchen which looked quite clean. Service was quick and friendly. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and spacious. Towels and toilet paper replaced quicky. Free water, tea and coffee.

The plug sockets need to be replaced with so many international travellers using travel plugs for devices. It would have been nice to have TV listing to see news channels.

Big and comfortable rooms, easy access even after hours, location.

Room head what I needed and comfortable bed.

Noise came in my room on the first floor of one of their extra buildings, though generally not during sleep because I wasn't early to bed. There is light that comes in the room from the hall that makes the room never completely dark.
