The property was very nice! It has everything you need to cook or bbq if you choose and nice bathrooms and showers. Ours had a view of the golf course and we could use the pool close by.

The only downside was the bed in the master wasn’t super comfortable

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sehr groß. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Es gab Aussen- und Innenpool, sowie In- und Outdoor Tennisplätze und vieles mehr. Wir haben einen Zwischenstopp auf unserer Reise durch Oregon dort gemacht. Die Kinder haben die Pause dort sehr genossen.

It was awesome to be right across the street from the playground. We loved the pools and hot tubs. Staff were very responsive to our requests.

I wish I could have brought my little dog.

"Would we stay again...not so sure..AC was broken"

Canyon Rim at Eagle Crest is not Eagle Crest...apparently there are 3 different groups who own this area which makes it confusing and all the staff are slightly confused by it as well. Check-in was behind a partition at the sports center. When arriving at the condo we reserved, the door was open with 2 service folks inside working on the AC unit and garbage was on the porch. We arrived well after the designated check-in time. The unit was 80% clean..lots of crumbs on the floor of kitchen and bathroom had hair clumps in the corner. What primarily upset me was the AC was broken and the upstairs was stifling - we asked for a repair. The folks could not figure out how to repair, although the repair folks tried their best. Canyon Rim never offered a different condo and temperatures upstairs in the condo were high 90's...difficult to sleep. It seems Canyon Rim is aware of the issues when we found several fans in the closet. The unit should not be rented if the AC is not working in the middle of summer. My family has traveled enough to have many different flavors of accommodations. The next suggestion would be a check-out list. Since the condo does have a kitchen, instructions on garbage would be helpful or how to use the TV. Would we stay again...not so sure...Good for the price, maybe..Is the location pretty, yes.
