We loved the location and it was perfect for just the 2 of us!

There wasn’t anything I did not like! The bed was just way too soft for ME. Which is just a personal preference. Definitely not a complain.

Did not feel that the online photos and information matched the experience. The room wea compact, the view not as advertised, and the room not at clean and stocked as I expected. The oven was very dirty and no pot holders to take hot items out of stove that we could find. Could hear walking from upstairs loud and hard to get to sleep at night. My suggestions would be to be more open in advertising giving the price of the room.

Of course the location was great, right by the ocean. The unit itself was mostly clean. Communication from the staff was great. Following the directions was easy enough in order to get into the unit. This seems like it would be a great place in the warmer months, so you can enjoy plenty of beach days.

The place is very much smaller than the pictures make it out to be. I suppose that is to be expected from a unit that close to the ocean and the reasonable price. It was wonderful to hear the ocean, which was the primary reason I booked this location. However, since it was January, I had to turn on the space heater, which was so loud it drowned out the ocean sounds. There are newer models of heaters that are quiet so I suggest providing one of those. Also, the instructions state to not move the heater (due to electrical load) but that meant I was freezing when trying to sleep. I understand it's Southern California but it does get cold there. The facilities are very old and it shows. It would have been great if the description explained about the levels of narrow steps so people are prepared when arriving. Also, it wasn't super clear that I had to move my car every four hours or risk being towed. There was a parking pass, but I still think I needed to move my car? That wasn't clear. I would not stay here again.
