We saw a roach when we first got here
USAbsolutely nothing.
Nothing at all. Parking was Horrible. The water was Cold Asf in the condo. It literally was no hot water the whole entire weekend. We had to use warm water from the kitchen to bathe. There was no heat it was cold in the rooms. Raggedy building. A BIG NO. and I contacted the prop personnel and they did not give me nun but a 21$ refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE YALL. RUNNNNN ❗️

USapartment is really old - probably 1960s - but was remodeled to a more recent decor Don't expect anything fancy; the building is also going through a lot of renovation

The location for 1 ppl were smoking weed, The room was so much smaller than it looked online. Garbage disposal had flies, roaches, other bugs, looked like the bathroom door had been kicked in and covered up with tape, internet wire was hanging. The glass looked like it had a white film on it. Personal hygiene products were in the bathroom. Oh and the door didn’t lock properly. It pushed back open when he left out and came back in. I didn’t feel safe and honestly if I could’ve gotten a full refund after seeing the property I would have but I could t get 1 so we stayed. But I would’ve fathered been comfortable. The patio furniture was bent no cushions for them also the tub was dirty as so were the walls. NO CENTRAL AIR WE WERE SO HOT!! The units kept blowing hot air. 1 room had a portable ac unit but the other room didn’t it had an old unit. Basically they got new appliances and furniture to make it look pretty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!
I did not like getting my car booted for parking in the wrong empty spot. There are other ways such as charges to correct that
