USGood Location , Bad Experience
THE HOST IS VERY RUDE. The Location is Good However The Apartment itself is not very clean. I cleaned it myself once I checked in. The air conditioner is rigged with tape & kept falling apart making it humid inside. The view is nice from the windows however the blinds are supposed to retract but they are broken so I couldn’t enjoy the view the way I wanted to…At 11am The owner came knocking on my door and then opened it without giving me time to answer the door (as a woman this made me very uncomfortable ) saying “Your Time is Up” with a rude scowl on his face! He then stared me down after I told him I’m almost done packing and told me to “Hurry Up” following rude text messages over checking out at 11am … I could see if it was the afternoon or evening but to show up to the door & be so rude about checking out I was shocked! Never Again.
USThe location was central .. The decor was decent. The best part was the patio. They had a nice view. good for a very short stay.
They made me pay for parking for a space that I couldn't use. Someone was in my parking space every day so I had to ask the front desk to give me avisitor pass daily. The building is very old needs a lot of renovation. The unit was very cold. It was 30° outside. There was no heaters.

Problems in the bathroom. Occasionally we had hot water. The shower knob is not working as it should, it turns 360 degrees even after plumber came to fix it. You pay extra for cleaning service and you will be asked to take trash out and collect laundry at bathroom . I don’t mind to do it but I always thought it is part of cleaning service.
USI liked that it was downtown and close to everything, the inside decor was nice too
It wasn’t what we imagined from the photos. The area and the hallways are a bit sketchy, but we could tell that it was an old building being renovated for Airbnb

Dirty, homeless people walking around your cars, elevator barely work. There was a pipe burst in the lobby so water was everywhere
