Beautiful place but needs better management and also the pools need to cleaned. Went without light a night and half of the next day. Taxi over charge when they are call to this location and is the only way of transportation. Roads around are dirt.

Slow and terrible customer service. The area around the property has no paved road. Will never come back

Me dieron otra habitación a la que yo había adquirido y expliqué a la persona que me mandó mensaje sobre la habitación y jamás me contestó de regreso, aparte había mucho ruido, estaba un poco descuidada la fauna alrededor de la habitación, hierba invasora por el balcón y la puerta para salir al balcón no servía !

Es muy mala se tardaron en darme de el chekin 5 hrs por q no tenian la habitación en condiciones de entrega

We had some unforeseen issues, but the staff was very helpful and able to accommodate and make everything work for us. The suite was spacious. Minor details keep it from being a perfect place but when all is said it was a great experience and the staff was great.

We stayed in a 3 bed/4bath PH with plunge pool for 3 days. The unit was gorgeous but was very flawed. The pool filter didn’t work and the water was super cloudy and gross. One of the toilets was plugged and wouldn’t flush. There was no basic items like coffee or filters in the kitchen or soap for the laundry. For an apartment rental, it wasn’t equipped at all. We had to let the concierge know when we were there to let in a repair person. But we were inconvenienced and didn’t want to have to coordinate a time during our two days there. So we didn’t have these items fixed during our stay, which is disappointing because we paid for the plunge pool. The restaurant is very basic and expensive. The building is beautiful but it’s surrounded by construction and dirt roads that are in the roughest condition. Expedia should be aware of the access. Our taxi wouldn’t drop us off due to the pot holes and we had to rent a car to get there. It’s very unsafe and a rough entry. It’s a baron, garbage site around the building. Honestly, we’d like our money back.
