What a STUNNING PLACE!! Beautiful building and amenities, friendly staff, it’s not walkable to anywhere but very very beautiful inside of it.

D’ont arrive on weekend no service The person at the door try to charge you double the price for a taxi You need to rent a car You are in a construction zone Lack of labour the place is not maintain sorry

The architecture and layout of the property is lovely! We stayed on the ground floor and it felt very private being surrounded by all the greenery. We loved waking up to the sound of the bird in the morning.

Desaparecieron elementos personales en la Piscina y NADIE respondio adecuadamente al asunto. Nos maltrataron e hicieron pagar inadecuadamente por elementos que ellos mismos perdieron. Experiencia horrible

Room was beautiful and location is perfect!

No me gusto que las albercas no tengan clima, la verdad el agua esta fria, y la zona donde esta hay demasiadas construcciones en puerta. Hay que considerar que en el restaurante no hay alcohol y falta quizas equipar un poco mas la cocina. La cama muy cómoda, y agua caliente en regadera siempre.

I loved staying here, however, the communication between my concierge last about a day and a half. Also the store on the property doesn’t sell toilet paper so you have to message the concierge who doesn’t reply. Checking in was the most stressful part of my stay. They didn’t send me any emails about how to get into my property, no codes, nothing. They’re supposed to send that atleast 24hours before arrival. They eventually got ahold of someone and they sent me the codes and all. After a good 40 minutes. I travelled like 12hours that day. Beautiful property though! The road leading up is quite pot holey so be mindful with your transportation style.

Apartment was gorgeous , it wasn t the cleanest but not dirty either . Concierge was attentive . Just one cleaning lady that was not able to come and clean because she was too busy so I didn t like that . Cleaning is not included u have to pay extra which is ok . They say u have a free shuttle to the beach but it was never available for us , either was too busy or too late ext. Which makes me question it . It felt safe. Taxi are a rip off there really taking advantage of people . Rent a car if you can .

Very nice property with lots of great amenities (several pools, a gym, onsite restaurant, beautiful view & concierge). Room was beautiful but felt like it had not been fumigated or touched up in a while. Quite a few insects roaming the room upon arrival.
