Beautiful grounds relaxing well laid out rooms and pool area!!

Pros - rooftop pool, not alot of hotel guests/felt private, quiet, friendly staff, beautiful grounds/gardens, apartment was clean, cooked our own food/ordering from Tomato.mx was convenient Cons - plunge pool was leaking, microwave broken, water was cut off one time, lights went out a few times, restaurant closed too early and closed on Sunday, also not alot of menu options but food was tasty, location is surrounded by construction, not pedestrian friendly and not convenient to get around Tulum, shuttle service was limited and not convenient, taxi/tour companies did not know location since it is a new building, overcharged for car rental, ants/flies came in through large gap of front door, no full length mirror, needs chain lock or extra lock on front door for security, need cleaning service/trash pickup during stay

This location is brand new. The problem was that it is not finished. The floors were covered in white dust which caused people to slip all over in the rooms next to the pool in the lounge. Not only that but the surroundings of this location was horrible. I couldnt believe that this resort was so well rated this is the first time i have been misled with the review something i depend on a lot when making my decisions. They had no phone in room so for every problem you had to walk to the front. Not only that but there was construction going on all damm day on the top floor where we were right under. Your complaints fall on deaf ears at this location as well. But worst of all was the terrible service by the front desk person philipe was completely useless everytime i had a complaint we would nothing until i was pissed and demanded a resolution where he proceeded to call someone and handed me his phone to talk to someone haha. Never again will i be back here
