Staff were friendly and helpful and moved our room after the first night (had booked 2 single beds but the only available was a double to share)

The insulation for sound is pretty non existent so you can hear everything on the strip (voices, music etc until 2am) and there’s a few run down bits like windows/mozy nets and the little pool needs cleaning

With the roaches on the floor, paper thin walls and skip furniture this hardly met any expectations. I am sorry to write such a negative review but I should be honest as to how I feel about this hotel. Maybe I was unlucky and drew the short straw as to my room but for the price I paid I could have got something far better elsewhere. Described variously as a 4 star hotel on booking.com and two star on a google search, I can only relate my experience. The descriptions of its facilities do stretch the imagination a little, even straying into fantasy. I have travelled a lot and don't expect to be pampered but do want value for money and a basic standard when you are paying four star hotel rates. I can only recommend that you avoid.
