Do not stay here the hotel steel my money $8500

I checked in at 5:40 pm took a shower, and left to enjoy the city. I left the key with the front desk to keep it safe. I came back at 3 am took my keys and entered my room. Everything was normal. I opened my backpack i was shocked all my money was gone $8500CD plus my credit cards. I asked them to open the cameras but they refused and the excuse was that the owner was sleeping. I called the police they came in three different vehicles. They couldn't do anything and asked me to go to the station to file a report. The problem I had to catch my flight at 6:30 am so I left empty with 0$ no cash or credit card. The owner when he woke up contacted me saying a lady was staying in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor she broke into my room on the 3rd floor. They saw that on cameras. The funny part is there was no break-in damage to my door. I opened my door with my keys and I entered it. He said he called the police to catch the lady in her room but she left too early no one was in the room. My conclusion is they set up people and all of them look suspicious of the receptionists and owner. Stay away from this hotel it is a group of thieves.

The location was great. Thats about it.

Staff not very helpful. I was going to pay with card then they said the machine was not working, then i brought out cash and then they didn’t have change. Only 2 pillows, when asked for more they said they didn’t have any. No elevator for luggage and very narrow staircase. And no parking, had to pay 250 per day a block away.

The lady at the reception didn’t say anything when I showed her the pics.

It was nearby everything. Beach, shops etc.

It was too loud, you can hear everything in the room..

To noisy and uncomfortable so small , to old and it is not a look like of pictures

Nice room. The staff is very friendly, I will return.
