Hotel Brisas 5a AV, Playa del Carmen

Room didn't have secure lock. Noisy. Bathroom was not fully clean. Beds were uncomfortable. Air conditioner filled with black mold, made us sick. In general super grungy hotel. Essentially this is like a dive motel marketed as a boutique hotel and it shouldn't have been.

the location its perfect, there are many restaurants, souvenir shops, clothing stores

The AC was working, 5 minutes walking to the busstop

Super bad internet Broken mosquito nets Broken shower Broken loo Extremely loud at night (until 4 in the morning, every night) because the windows were as thin as paper and 3 discos were fighting over the loudest music plus noisy people on the streets. Unfriendly man at reception who said he would help us but didn't and just disappeared instead. Dirty towels Pool was not cleaned Poor overall condition of the hotel

I was delighted with the hotel, I really liked it, everything is super good, the room was very comfortable in addition to the bed
