The staff was superb...extremely helpful and kind. The location was excellent

It can get a little loud at night but I liked being I'm the heart of everything

Location was easy to find and close to the activities I wanted Large towel 2nd room had local TV cable (I stayed in 2 different rooms )

Mosquitos, no hot water for the last 24 hours of my stay, one of my towels was stained. Occasionally sewage smell waffed through the room

We booked this hotel for one night, 4 month in advance. We arrived to Cancun at 6PM and around 7:30PM we received our rental car. At 7:15 PM we received an unpleasant news from this hotel saying that our room was resold to somebody else. Surprise !!! Wow, it never happened to us before with a hotel that was booked via booking.com. We had to look for a different accommodation. That was a shock to us. If we had no car we would be in serious trouble. Booking.com should remove this hotel from their website. The booking of this hotel is a risk, they are re-selling booked rooms to other guests.

Hotel room was re-sold to other customer. It was like we did not book it at all. Not reliable booking. Bad management. Find other property.

Location if you want to be close to stores and party Price. Rooms are small for that reasom Great staff

Location. Pretty loud music until early morning No parking , and it is expensive by that area No hot water No privacy. You hear everything
