Rubi Tulum is truly one of those amazing finds that you never truly appreciate, until you're there! Rubi manages to pull off the beautiful aesthetics that large resorts offer, while still feeling intimate and secluded. It blends in perfectly with the serene jungle landscape effortlessly accentuating the beauty that is already part of the environment. Intricate water elements make you feel like you have found something rare and special. For me, Rubi offered a feeling of adventure paired with stunning views, quiet exploration, retreat, and connection. My room had everything I needed. It had the larger upscale resort feel without losing the unique details that also offered simplistic beauty....nothing was gaudy, overstated, or out of place for the theme. The earthiness of the jungle was not lost in color translation or choice in fabrics and decor with that essential organic feel to it, but also without missing the amenities I still wanted to have. As a solo traveler, I found a wonderful balance between areas to be social as well as sanctuary. The bridges that connect the different buildings provide varying views for you to enjoy your experience whether it's taking an amazing pic/video, taking a breathe, or stealing a kiss.The staff are wonderful! Whether it's a recommendation for a restaurant, excursion in town, special occasion, assistance with transportation, or a simple chat in passing over morning coffee, they make your stay worthwhile! Do not be deterred by the fact that it’s about a mile into the jungle with no lights, it’s very secluded, but it’s very beautiful the staff was friendly from the moment we sat foot on the property. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this For any couple planning to go to Tulum

Amazing property, so far the best I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend, the staff is outstanding, so respectful and helpful. Always there to serve you, I had planned my gf birthday and proposal. Both were beyond my expectation, the decoration was insanely beautiful. 10/10 for everything, would definitely come back. Specially the tree penthouse was perfect dream romantic spot. Thank you!!!

Rubi Tulum is without disappointment. The facilities are amazing, staff are great and overall beautiful. The only issue is the road getting there. Pretty bad. But it’s worth it.

Very clean. Staff and food was 5 STAR experience

This tower that they have is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen! You walk up this spiral to the top and you are above the jungle! The sunset up there was breath taking! The rain showers in the room are cool! Everything about this place was cool! Food is spectacular! Of course it was designed by an Iron Chef whom has a Michelin Star! They even yell “Yes Chef” in Spanish. Even if you don’t decide to stay on this amazing property you need to come here for lunch or dinner! The staff were so amazing that we plan on going back next year! ❤️❤️ Love this place!

Rubi Tulum was unlike any other luxury hotel I have stayed at. It combines romantic luxury with the adventurous jungle, and it works so well. The restaurant Balaxe was absolutely incredible as well. Overall the single best experience I have had at a Hotel.

We had an amazing stay! The food in their Restaurant Balaxe was fabulous! Nothing was bad! The Chef out did himself. Some of the ingredients I had never heard of before but it was all amazing. The bridges that we had to cross to get to our Penthouse was nothing like I’ve ever seen! Amazing. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely book again next year! Staff were so polite and nice and would do anything for us!

The room was fantastic, as well as the staff, and the food. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a property that is relaxing. There is a lot of great shopping opportunities there and the beach is beautiful. Did some saltwater fishing and one of my friends hooked a very large sailfish! All in all, a fantastic experience. If you're not sure what you need or want to do, just ask the staff, they won't lead you wrong.
