The place is beautiful. It is located in the middle of the jungle. The staff were amazing! They were helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to stay.

Rubi Tulum was everything and more than I could imagine. The road leading up to the resort was a little iffy but when I arrived I was in love. Rubi looks exactly like the videos and photos but so much better in person. The staff was extremely helpful and on call for all our needs. Everything was truly perfect for my 36th birthday.

Our stay at Rubi was AMAZING! The on-site restaurants were good. Having the options to go to the pool or use your private dipping pool in your room made it GREAT!

This is a beautiful hotel. Serene retreat for a reset. I experienced a leak and the staff immediately moved me to another room. I enjoyed my vacation/birthday at the Rubi.

This hotel was the perfect unique last minute discovery! Quiet, beautiful, wonderful staff. The place is a small sanctuary that makes you feel in a while world of your own. The food was also absolutely amazing. Every thing we needed was responded to immediately and we cannot wait to return for longer!

The property was the perfect getaway with peace and serenity.

Terrible, refused to refund stay even though no power and water for much of our stay, had to pay for 8 nights and only stayed 2.

Property room and staff were unbelievable the restaurant on site was great however they are closed on Tuesdays we did not realize this. If any handicap accessible is needed this is not the place for you. The road to property is unpaved so very bumpy. We loved the seclusion and the staff is great getting transportation!
