The room smelled bad (drainage), especially the bathroom Found a needle in the mattress, but no actions were taken by the property to make it right.

We love staying at Hotel Plaza de Armas in the heart of colonial Queretaro. The staff was super helpful and catered to our requests. Our room was lovely, with a super comfortable King size bed and a balcony overlooking “Plaza de Armas” square. Overall this hotel is a special find for those seeking an immersive experience of downtown Queretaro.

Location is excellent. Reception staff all very helpful and friendly.

Bad bathroom smell from drains. Breakfast included in payment but options limited when ordering.

Beautiful location on a lovely square, but also noisy.

We had to change rooms due to a plumbing issue and thought we had gotten a quieter room, near the pool, but then the staff made a lot of noise before 8 a.m. right outside our door.

Food was excellent. Best location in Queretaro.

Very difficult to read at night with lights near the ceiling and one not working. Mosquito in the room was a problem.

A wonderful Boutique hotel in the heart of Queretaro Zocalo. We were able to find this lovely hotel only thanks to Booking! The room was amazing with double height ceilings and lovely decor. Breakfast was amazing in the terrace right on the main colonial square. A truly lovely Boutique hotel in the heart of Colonial Queretaro.
