Hotel Plaza de Armas

The location is excellent and the place is beautiful

The room was a little dirty, and breakfast was limited in options.

Location is amazing. Night staff is very kind, courteous and helpful. Facilities are very nice and impressive.

Room was not clean. Garbage can was full of waste, room was made but unclean.

They need to add more storage space or shelfs in the bathroom, there is no room for much in the counter. Important to notice if you are trailing for work is that there is no desk to work in the room, and they don't have business center anywhere. We try the restaurant but ir was to noise to work so, we had to use the iron bord as a desk in the room.

They need to pay attention to the maintenance in the bathrooms. And it was not very clean, no lotion, no conditioner, no toiletries. The pool looks a little sad, only two lounge chairs and it was hot!! However, the staff was great! And they try their best.

Spectacularly located in an historic building in the centro historico on a historic plaza. Comfortable, great bathroom, great staff

The staff was extremely helpful, especially Guadalupe. She checked us in and provided us with great information and recommendations for the area. Guadalupe went above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful experience. The room was nice, and the added plus was the balcony overlooking the plaza. What a great time we had!!

There is no parking available at the hotel. You have to park at one of several public parking lots nearby. They are all within 10 minutes walking.
