Hotel Plaza de Armas

Location is fabulous- we had such a good time within walking distance of the hotel. Plenty of cafes and places to sit and soak up the atmosphere. Was close to many of the venues we had to attend in Queretaro. The room was great size and comfortable

Great location right on the Plaza de Armas. Great free breakfast served by cheerful waiters right on the patio right on the Plaza. Nice pool. Room and bath updated. Comfortable king sized bed.

Room will be noisy with the windows open. No problem with windows closed and A/C on.

Nice hotel right in the middle of Centro Historico på Plaza de Armas. We booked 2 nights with short notice and had a little dialogue prior to check-in and the staff was very responsive to our requests. Had a large suite with both a balcony hovering above the pool, and a terasse on the other side. Very nice. Very nice and helpfull staff.

A little bit of an odeur in the bathroom in both accomodations.

The staff were very kind & nice. They went go above & beyond to call Uber. The location was excellent. It was right in the plaza.

Did not have a central air conditioner. The bathroom had mold. The shower stream was very weak & the last day of our stay, we didn’t have hot water.

Great location right on the Plaza de Armas. Very good breakfast with coffee refills! Very comfortable bed. A nice desk with chair in front of the window.

There was no screen on the window and we had to keep it closed to keep out mosquitoes. Fortunately the air conditioning works well. Lots of noise from the Plaza de Armas but it won’t bother you if you keep the window closed.

I like the location but honestly there was plenty more hotels nearby that would had cost me a lot less with better service.

The room is filthy. My sheets had stains on it and hair, the night stand had something sticky on it, the bathroom shower had men hair and scum left around since they obviously did not clean. The pretty woman work at the front desk did not give me my change she insisted to bring the change up to the room even after I ask twice for my change to given at the lobby. There is no shuttle service like mentioned on the booking. The manager/owner Guadalupe charged me 1050 peso for the blanket I had spilt my tequila out on because she said the stain can’t be removed. Then she also mentioned I can have it after paying. Which I paid and wanted it. She did not give me my blanket and kept doing a whole run around. Keep in mind that a room is around 1400 peso and she charged me 1050 peso. I had one night left I told her to call it even I will leave and she said no that she would lose. How? I paid already, I was not planning to stay. Anyways this hotel is horrible service all around.
