El personal no fue muy atento, cuando llegamos el del counter fue muy grosero el desayuno es muy malo dan tres opciones y todas son pequeñas y muy simples de resto todo lo cobran

Me gustó todo de este hotel, personal muy amable, la habitación muy amplia, limpia y bonita. La ubicación es excelente.

El aire acondicionado se prendía automáticamente y era difícil apagarlo y hacía un poco de frío en la habitación por eso. Sería mejor que no fuera automático.

The room was big and clean. The kitchenette had it all the necessary amenities (no bottle opener though) it would’ve been nice to have had a Kettle (only coffee machine supplied). the porting stuff were very helpful.

I paid extra for a balcony suite as I enjoy sitting outside soaking up the atmosphere. This was completely impossible as the hotel is incredibly noisy. Around 9 o’clock the noise from the numerous clubs directly opposite the hotel start and this carries on until around three to four o’clock in the morning. At the moment the street outside is being dug up and the noise from this starts around seven to eight a.m. until around six p.m. . this means there are only a few small hours in the day where there is relative quiet. The hotel provides earplugs for this purpose but I would suggest bringing your own. I did ask if there was a quieter room and I had a look at a room a few floors above, but the noise was just as bad. It was impossible to get any rest or sleep without earplugs. The rooms at the back of the hotel may have been slightly better. The area around the hotel is very busy with lots of atmosphere and lots of restaurants. There is a sex shop opposite and numerous other sex shops around the corner. Overall if your priority is to have a restful stay then avoid this place completely. Also, as the road is being dug up, you’ll have to advise your transfer or taxi to drop you off at the end of the street. The breakfast was also rather small. A number of pieces of very thinly sliced fruit and two (sometimes burnt) pancakes are an offer. The pancakes can be substituted for eggs.

The room is great, it is big and clean.

The hotel is in front of clubs with windows that are not sound proof at all, so basically you will sleep in a club, noise until 6am on the weekend, sunday stoped earlier. But good news on Monday is is the construction noise that starts… so basically if you need to sleep do not stay there. Another point is that Mexico can be cold, 8 degrees in the morning, the windows are not sound proof and very poorly energy efficient, meaning you will froze in, there is a heater but it is blocked so you cannot use it. I went down to ask to unlock it they told me it was not possible and proposed blankets, well when you go take a shower blankets does not help. The front desk told me they will address the matter, well it was never addressed back to me, except by Miguel that lied to me about a room tour that I never had and other refund deposit but let’s not get into that. Also the breakfast, take your time you will be frozen in the room and wait maybe ten minutes for someone to consider yourself. The staff and especially Miguel was very haughty and contemptuous, making no effort whatsoever to improve the situation and not hesitating to lie, which is not up to the standard of such a place and price in my opinion. But feel free to try it yourself, there is so many better places in Mexico City for a better price and which offers heater when it is cold (yes I change places and find a nice staff, open to discussion and trying to do their best for customer, that what an hotel should do).

Tienen una excelente ubicación, desde ahí puedes llegar caminando a los lugares mas emblemáticos del centro histórico, y paseo de la reforma, encuentras de todo. El desayuno es muy rico y completo, y va incluido con el alojamiento, el restaurant muy agradable y bonito. Habitaciones muy limpias, cuentas con cafetera, utensilios básicos de cocina, servibar, caja fuerte, baño muy limpio y moderno. Mi habitación también contaba con un sillón y mesas de trabajo como se aprecia en las fotos de la publicidad.

Al menos el tiempo que estuve ahí la pase excelente.

Staff were exceptional, amenities were brilliant, room was lovely.

There are 2 clubs across the road which can be noisy at night.

We particularly liked the staff who very attentive and understanding to our needs and did their utmost to answer it.
